As a Cultivator Trainee/Intern, you’ll gain first-hand experience in business development, client relations, and marketing. You’ll learn how we connect with clients, develop opportunities, and nurture projects into long-term partnerships.
As a Cultivator Trainee/Intern, you’ll:
- Assist in researching and sourcing new business leads.
- Support introductory conversations and follow-ups with potential clients.
- Help prepare presentations, pitch materials, and proposals.
- Work alongside our Cultivators on marketing initiatives such as content creation and community outreach.
- Contribute to organizing internal CRM and lead-tracking tools.
- Support the coordination between internal teams and external partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and qualify potential leads.
- Help prepare pitch decks and proposal drafts.
- Assist in communication with prospects and partners.
- Support marketing campaigns with research and content ideas.
- Maintain and organize client databases and outreach tools.
- Provide general support to the Cultivators in day-to-day client-facing work.
Qualifications
- Working proficiency in German and English.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Interest in marketing, sales, or client services.
- A proactive and open-minded attitude.
- Comfortable with digital tools (Google Workspace, CRM, or similar).
- Eager to learn about business development in brand, design, and tech.
