As a Product Architect, you’ll:

  • Lead the design and development of product architectures, balancing business requirements with technical solutions.
  • Work hands-on with development teams, contributing to both design and coding aspects of the project.
  • Plan and manage product development projects, ensuring that timelines, budgets, and resources are effectively utilized.
  • Work closely with clients to translate their requirements into actionable tasks for the team.
  • Collaborate with creative, development, and client-facing teams to ensure cohesive and high-quality product outcomes.
  • Leverage AI tools and agents to streamline workflows and improve project efficiency.
  • Oversee the work of builders, ensuring quality standards are met and guiding them in the right technical direction.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, particularly in AI and emerging technologies, and apply them in the design and development of products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning, design, and execution of product development projects, with a hands-on role in both coding and architecture.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and clients to translate business goals into functional product designs.
  • Ensure the technical feasibility and scalability of product architectures, working directly with developers.
  • Contribute to product development by writing code, developing features, and ensuring technical quality.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure that products are delivered on time and within scope.
  • Create technical specifications and break down tasks for the development team.
  • Work closely with testers/QA teams to ensure product quality and functionality.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for innovation, especially in the use of AI and other cutting-edge technologies.
  • Guide and mentor the development team, providing support and expertise in technical problem-solving.
  • Ensure smooth communication and collaboration between all teams involved in product development.

Qualifications:

  • Hands-on experience in product design, architecture, and development.
  • Proficiency in coding and familiarity with full-stack development principles.
  • Comfortable working with AI tools and agents in a systematic way.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage timelines, budgets, and client relationships.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with a focus on team coordination.
  • A strong passion for learning and working with emerging technologies, particularly in AI.
  • Ability to balance technical complexity with business requirements, ensuring optimal solutions for clients.
