As a Trainee/Intern, you’ll
gain hands-on experience across multiple departments while supporting our Managing Directors, Product Architects, and Cultivators.As a Trainee/Intern, you’ll:
- Assist Managing Directors in day-to-day operations, helping coordinate various aspects of project management, communication, and client relationships.
- Support Product Architects in various stages of product development, from brainstorming and design to implementation and testing.
- Work alongside the Cultivators (Sales/Marketing Managers) to help with client outreach, content creation, and marketing efforts.
- Help organize and maintain internal tools and documentation, ensuring all projects and information are up to date.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and proposals for clients or internal stakeholders.
- Provide general support across different departments, learning from each team and contributing to different aspects of our business.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, coordinating resources, and tracking project timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Managing Directors with daily operations, including coordinating meetings and communications.
- Support Product Architects with various tasks, including research, design documentation, and testing.
- Collaborate with Cultivators to help with sales and marketing initiatives, such as market research, content creation, and lead generation.
- Maintain and organize internal project files, documents, and reporting tools.
- Help prepare reports, proposals, and presentations for clients or internal stakeholders.
- Perform other tasks across departments as required, offering general administrative and operational support.
Qualifications:
- Eager to learn and gain experience in various aspects of the business.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of project management and/or marketing concepts.
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace tools.
- Interest in product development, marketing, or project management.
- A proactive attitude, with the ability to take initiative and work independently when needed.
