About the role

At Momentum, we operate at the intersection of brand, product and technology. Our projects range from crafting brand identities to developing digital products, all aimed at delivering meaningful experiences.

As a Performance Builder, you’ll:

  • Develop and implement performance marketing strategies across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  • Monitor and analyse campaign performance, optimising for key metrics such as CPA, ROAS and conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with creative and content teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding.
  • Manage budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging platforms to keep our strategies ahead of the curve.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute multi-channel performance marketing campaigns.
  • Conduct A/B testing to refine ad creatives and landing pages.
  • Provide regular performance reports with actionable insights.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in performance marketing, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
  • Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Manager and other relevant platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Is this a full-time position?

Nope. It’s a freelance role. You decide how much time You invest – as long as You’re showing results.

Can I work remotely?

Yes, we operate remotely, though occasional in-person sessions in Innsbruck, Vienna or London are welcomed. It just feels great to meet in person sometimes.

What kind of projects will I work on?

Our projects span brand development, digital product design and more, all centered around creating impactful experiences.

How is compensation structured?

Compensation is project-based, detailed in our Independent Contractor Agreement.

Will I be part of the team?

A thousand percent. While freelance, you’ll be integrated into our processes and culture. You will build realtionsships and have fun.

What tools will I need?

Of course proficiency in platforms like Google Ads, Meta Business Manager (or whatever it's called now) and analytics tools is essential.
