Momentum Cultivators plant and nurture client relationships and projects. They are managers and part of the leadership team.

As a Client Cultivator, You’ll be one of the first faces people associate with Momentum. Your mission: find aligned leads, develop them into real relationships, and support our project teams in converting those opportunities into lasting collaborations.
We’re not asking you to be a lone wolf. You’ll be part of a thoughtful, design-led culture where we collaborate closely and communicate openly. But you will need to be comfortable working independently – reaching out to potential clients, networking in the industry and nurturing conversations over time.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and qualify new business leads aligned with Momentum’s positioning.
- Lead introductory conversations and follow-ups with prospective clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams to shape pitches and proposals.
- Help transition new leads into live projects in collaboration with project teams.
- Contribute to Momentum’s visibility in relevant networks and communities.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Experience in business development, sales or client services in creative or tech environments.
- Comfort working independently and proactively.
- A good understanding of branding, design and digital product work.
- Collaborative mindset and a love for thoughtful, purpose-driven work.
